We do not use consultations as a selling opportunity - but, naturally, we discuss our methods in deploying talent solutions when making suggestions to you. Our approach is to try and advise what people can reasonably expect to achieve themselves with the resources they have and what extra they should expect when engaging a consultancy - whether us or someone else.
